Inventory Team Member

Location: Tempe, AZ 85283 (Assisting All Locations)

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour


Position Summary: 

Mint Cannabis is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Team Member to join our retail inventory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring efficient stock control practices. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Must be able to track, update, and manage inventory records in internal computer systems.
  • Must be able to organize and maintain inventory storage areas following company standards.
  • Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and restocking incoming shipments.
  • Must be able to prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments.
  • Responsible for identifying discrepancies, reporting low stock, and flagging inventory issues.
  • Must be able to assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss.
  • Must ensure compliance with all Arizona cannabis inventory regulations and tracking protocols.
  • Must coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure inventory alignment.
 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Arizona state regulations.
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stockroom operations (cannabis preferred but not required).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment.
  • Basic math and data entry proficiency.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new processes.
 

Education and Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No specific certifications required.



Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for handling inventory and documentation.



Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in a cannabis retail or warehouse facility.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, odors, and moderate noise levels.
  • PPE may be required based on work area or task.



Travel Requirements:

Travel as needed between all Arizona retail locations.
