Mint Cannabis, originated in Arizona in 2016, and since then, has quickly expanded into several different markets. We currently have 32 retail locations and 5 cultivation/production facilities in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Michigan. The company continues to expand out footprint and is seeking passionate individuals who are interested in growing with an organization through those expansions. We believe in taking care of our team, so they can take care of our consumers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a fast-paced, quick learner, preferably with inventory experience. Must be 21 years old to apply, and have or be able to obtain a facility agent card. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring inventory stock and communicating low/out-of-stock. 
  • Waste management and proper disposal of expired/defective products. 
  • Monitor sales floor inventory daily, and merchandise products as necessary 
  • Communicating when orders for products should be placed based on predetermined par levels.
  • Considering appropriate shortage and product integrity while stocking. 

Inventory audit expectations:

  • Conduct an audit daily based on the audit schedule
  • Investigate/Justify discrepancies
  • Submit audits to management to review

Accepting Inventory:

  • Products need to be accepted according to policy and properly labeled.
  • Products should be organized in labeled bins, split between the backstock and the sales floor. 
  • Ensure floor inventory is stocked and organized according to needs. 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred inventory experience in or outside of cannabis 

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting 15 + lbs
