We’re looking for a Developer with a strong focus in Strapi CMS who’s ready to jump in, build clean digital experiences, and help streamline the systems that keep our fast-growing brand moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, customize, and maintain Strapi CMS components, APIs, and content structures
  • Develop clean, scalable backend logic using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
  • Support integrations between Strapi and internal/external systems
  • Troubleshoot CMS issues and optimize performance, security, and usability
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to support publishing workflows
  • Assist with front-end components as needed (React, Next.js, or similar)
  • Document technical changes, updates, and best practices
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure code across environments

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with Strapi CMS (required)
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills
  • Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, efficient architecture
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to grow with the team

A Few Things You’ll Need

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting business needs
