Full Job Description

Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol Duties:
    • Regular patrols of the premises are conducted to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
  • Access Control:
    • Provides and implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
  • Incident Response:
    • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary.
  • Customer Service:
    •  Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and employees, addressing their concerns, and providing directions as needed.
  • Enforcement:
    •  Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
 


Qualifications:

 
  • Required:
    • Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age
    • Must consent to a criminal background check
    • Valid Identification
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in security 
  • Physical Requirments:
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
    • Ability to travel between store locations

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:  Varies

Location: Onsite;760 S Telegraph Monroe, MI 48161

Salary:  $16-20/ Hourly
