We’re looking for a Facility Coordinator ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and support our facility operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.  Ready to grow with us? 🌱 Let’s make it happen.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation, including daily, monthly, and annual reporting and recordkeeping
  • Manage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate and distribute facility supplies across departments
  • Plan and optimize space allocation for inventory storage
  • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and facility repairs
  • Perform basic maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
  • Coordinate and manage pest control vendors and service schedules
  • Maintain and monitor facility security systems
  • Coordinate scheduling and daily responsibilities of  reliability technicians
  • Oversee key control and access card systems
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company health and safety regulations
  • Receive, track, and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Coordinate deliveries with Mint Cannabis Florida retail locations and drivers
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely
 


What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in facility coordination, warehouse operations, or a related role
  • Working knowledge of GMP standards and compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination
  • Basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security)
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (or willingness to be trained)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by your state.
