We’re looking for a Post-Harvest Manager who’s ready to lead, organize, and oversee our post-harvest operations. From drying and curing to packaging and inventory, this role ensures our flower reaches customers in top-quality condition.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage all post-harvest processes, including drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and labeling
  • Train, schedule, and supervise post-harvest staff to ensure consistent productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain strict compliance with state regulations, company SOPs, and quality assurance protocols
  • Monitor drying and curing environments for optimal temperature, humidity, and airflow conditions
  • Manage product inventory, track weights, and ensure accurate reporting in compliance systems
  • Implement and enforce cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards across all post-harvest areas
  • Collaborate with cultivation and operations leadership to ensure smooth product flow from harvest to distribution
  • Troubleshoot issues related to product quality, workflow, or compliance and provide timely solutions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize waste

What You’ll Bring

  • 2 years minimum experience in cannabis post-harvest operations, production management, or a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis post-harvest practices, including trimming, curing, and packaging standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • High attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping accuracy
  • Familiarity with state compliance systems (e.g., Metrc or equivalent)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A Few Things You’ll Need

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift (50+ lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in environments with raw plant material, pollen, dust, and varying conditions
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and strong visual acuity
