Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually

We’re hiring a Facilities & IT Field Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and hit the road across Florida to keep our stores running smoothly. If you’re a hands-on problem-solver who can fix a leaky sink, install a camera, and reboot a POS system — all before lunch — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to all Florida dispensaries, cultivation sites, and offices using a company vehicle
   
• Perform general maintenance tasks: shelving, drywall repair, light plumbing, painting, and patching
   
• Set up and tear down store fixtures and infrastructure for openings, remodels, or relocations
   
• Install and maintain low-voltage systems including security cameras, monitors, and access points
   
• Run and terminate Ethernet/network cables; trace and label ports
   
• Provide in-person support for remote IT teams, including rebooting devices and replacing hardware
   
• Troubleshoot POS systems, Zebra label/receipt printers, WiFi, and basic connectivity issues
   
• Support Google Workspace users (Gmail, Drive, Admin console) and assist with mobile device setup
   
• Maintain organized equipment rooms, clean cabling, and clear documentation for site tech
   
• Respond to urgent issues and occasional after-hours support needs

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, general construction, or field-based tech roles
   
• Experience supporting retail environments with hands-on troubleshooting and tech installations
   
• Familiarity with Zebra printers, retail POS systems, routers, and basic networking
   
• Strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and safe use of ladders and lifts
   
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, install guides, and floor plans
   
• Comfortable working independently, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with remote teams
   
• Organized with strong time management and follow-through
   
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and willingness to learn additional systems
   
• A clean driving record and valid Florida driver’s license

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Must meet all Florida state requirements to work in a licensed medical cannabis facility
   
• Must be 21+ and eligible for a Florida Facility Agent Card
   
• Must be 25+ with a valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
   
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl under desks, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
   
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, on rooftops or in hot/confined conditions
   
• Willing and able to travel frequently across the state using a company-provided vehicle
   
• Occasional availability for emergency or after-hours support

• Must be able to wear required PPE when handling tools, accessing rooftops, or working in facility environments
