What You’ll Do
● Clean and sanitize all areas of the cultivation and production facility, including floors, walls, equipment, and workstations
● Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation procedures to ensure product safety and compliance
● Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
● Maintain cleaning logs, checklists, and other documentation for compliance records ● Dispose of waste properly and ensure designated areas remain organized and hazard-free
● Support production teams by keeping all spaces clean, safe, and efficient for daily operations
● Identify and report maintenance or sanitation issues to leadership promptly ● Adhere to all company safety, PPE, and hygiene standards
What You’ll Bring
● Previous sanitation or janitorial experience required (manufacturing, food production, or similar environment preferred)
● Cannabis industry experience a plus
● Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
● Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow SOPs and safety procedures ● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
● Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in Florida

A Few Things You’ll Need
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle cleaning equipment and chemicals ● Comfort working in production or cultivation areas with plant material and strong odors ● Manual dexterity and attention to detail for cleaning high-touch and sensitive equipment ● Flexibility to work evening or overnight shifts (4:00 PM–12:00 AM or 12:00 AM–7:00 AM) ● PPE required depending on task and department policy
