Pay Range: $15-16.00 per hour

We’re hiring a Delivery Driver who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and support our mission across Florida’s medical cannabis operations. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a brand that’s changing the game — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, Organize, and Deliver medical/recreational marijuana products to various Mint locations
  • Follow all state and company compliance protocols for secure loading, unloading, and in-transit chain of custody.
  • Maintain accurate manifests, logs, and inventory documentation to support regulatory audits.
  • Collect and deliver deposits and financial tools to locations and finance offices
  • Drive company vehicles to locations following and obeying rules of the road
  • Help deliver items to multiple locations throughout the company, ie. Warehouse, Dispensaries, and Wholesale companies
  • Pick up and deliver orders from wholesale locations to Mint HUB location
  • Work with other departments to ensure all products and services are ready for success
  • Help and train within other departments to finish tasks in a quick but correct time frame
  • Operate with professionalism and discretion while representing Mint Cannabis on the road.
     

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in delivery, courier, or cannabis transport preferred
  • A flexible schedule, including daytime, nights, and weekend availability to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods (3+ hours)
  • Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays)
  • A positive, team-first mindset with a safety-first approach to driving
  • Willingness to support cross-department collaboration
  • Must be 25 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements and to operate in the cannabis industry.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 36 months.
  • Clean driving record and willingness to consent to a criminal background check

A Few Things You’ll Need

  • Must meet all applicable Florida state requirements to work in a licensed medical cannabis facility
  • Must be 25 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements and to operate in the cannabis industry.
    A minimum of 36 months with a clean driving record and willingness to consent to a criminal background check
