We’re hiring a Fertigation Technician to help prepare and deliver nutrient solutions, maintain irrigation systems, and ensure our plants thrive at every stage of growth. What You’ll Do
- Prepare nutrient solutions based on precise recipes and cultivation SOPs
- Execute fertigation schedules across multiple grow rooms and plant stages
- Calibrate and maintain fertigation equipment, pH and EC meters, and injectors
- Monitor nutrient levels, record data, and communicate plant health observations
- Assist with system flushing, cleaning, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain organized stock of fertigation supplies and uphold safety standards
- Follow state compliance and company policies for handling nutrient solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of fertigation, hydroponics, irrigation, or cultivation experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of nutrient programs and plant health indicators
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in humid grow environments
- Familiarity with basic recordkeeping and data logging
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Florida’s medical cannabis program

A Few Things You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in varying indoor grow conditions (heat, humidity)
- Comfort with repetitive tasks, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Use of PPE when handling nutrient solutions and cultivation materials
