Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Dutchie Support Team Member to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This role is integral to our eCommerce operations, focusing on optimizing our Dutchie platform, structuring discounts, and ensuring seamless integrations with cannabis industry platforms like Leafly and Weedmaps. If you have a deep understanding of the cannabis industry and a passion for delivering excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Dutchie eCommerce platform for efficient daily operations.
• Design, structure, and implement complex discount systems to drive sales.
• Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing information.
• Monitor and analyze performance on Dutchie, Leafly, Weedmaps, and similar platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies with eCommerce initiatives.
• Stay updated on cannabis brands and market trends to improve online presence.
• Build and schedule daily email blast for all markets
• Assist in creating and updating the daily deal schedule.

Qualifications:

• Schedule Flexibility: Available for a full-time schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background Check: Consent to a criminal background check as required by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist patients and collaborate with team members.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods (3+ hours) during shifts.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems, including POS/register, keyboards, and scanners.
• Attendance: Strong record of reliable attendance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Dutchie platform.
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations.
• 1+ years of experience structuring and implementing discounts.
• Extensive knowledge of cannabis brands, trends, and product categories.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Leafly, Weedmaps, and other cannabis-specific tools.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and or Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000.00 - DOE 

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts (day and night)
• Weekend and holiday availability required
