What You’ll Do

Enter and manage high-volume financial and accounting data with accuracy.
Review transaction entries and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Audit financial records to maintain compliance with company standards.
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
Work closely with auditors, consultants, and the Controller’s team on reporting needs.
Support daily accounting operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry accuracy.
Familiarity with general ledger functions and multi-entity business structures.
Previous experience in retail or multi-state operations preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, regulated cannabis environment.

Standard office environment with occasional exposure to cannabis plant material.
Monday–Friday schedule, based in Tempe, AZ (onsite role).
