We’re looking for a Executive/Legal Assistant who’s buttoned-up, detail-obsessed, and ready to support the in-house counsel team with confidence and confidentiality.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and isn’t afraid to jump into contracts, calendars, and compliance — all while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're part executive assistant, part legal eagle, and 100% reliable — we want to hear from you. 🌱

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for General Counsel and legal team

  • Prepare, format, and proofread contracts, letters, and legal correspondence

  • Review and summarize contracts, leases, and other legal documentation

  • Assist with real estate and asset management across company holdings

  • Conduct legal research related to cannabis laws, zoning, and regulatory issues

  • File documents with courts and state/local agencies when needed

  • Communicate on behalf of the legal team — internally and externally

  • Keep confidential information secure and maintain organized records

  • Support special projects and daily operations across the legal department

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting legal or executive teams

  • Experience with transactional law, corporate law, or real estate preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing and formatting legal documents

  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information

  • A problem-solver’s mindset and a proactive, flexible attitude

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize like a pro in a fast-moving environment

  • Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility

Why You'll Love Mint Cannabis

  • A work culture that’s welcoming, passionate, and built on good vibes

  • Opportunities for growth as we expand into new markets

  • Discounts on products and merch

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible roles)

  • Paid time off to relax, recharge, and take care of you

  • A chance to be part of something amaZing 🌱

A Few Things You’ll Need

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.
