Pay Range: $48,000 – $50,000 / year

What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day executive office functions, including calendar management and meeting scheduling
Coordinate office supplies, equipment needs, and internal communications across departments
Organize and maintain digital and physical files for active and upcoming construction projects
Track timelines, deadlines, and resource allocation for multiple, concurrent initiatives
Assist with vendor communication, invoice coordination, and contract tracking
Serve as point of contact for outside vendors, visitors, and partners
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to support operational efficiency
Help create scalable systems to align cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward
Champion a culture of organization, collaboration, and follow-through
What You’ll Bring
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state
2+ years of administrative experience — preferably supporting operations, projects, or construction
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
A team-first attitude, strong follow-through, and a proactive mindset
Customer-service orientation and comfort working with vendors, executives, and cross-functional teams
Experience supporting construction, expansion, or facilities projects (preferred, not required)

A Few Things You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional training or education in business, project coordination, or construction management a plus
Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods
Occasionally required to walk, stand, bend, or lift up to 25 pounds
Must have strong visual acuity for tracking documents, spreadsheets, and timelines
