Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Range: $48,000 – $50,000 / year

Let’s Be Blunt

Cannabis isn’t just an industry — it’s a movement.

And movement takes infrastructure. At Mint Cannabis, our growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through careful planning, strategic execution, and cross-functional teamwork. We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and support our construction and expansion efforts from the inside out.

If you’re organized, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, project-heavy environment, this is your chance to build something meaningful — and help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing cannabis brands in the country. 🌱

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day executive office functions, including calendar management and meeting scheduling

  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment needs, and internal communications across departments

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for active and upcoming construction projects

  • Track timelines, deadlines, and resource allocation for multiple, concurrent initiatives

  • Assist with vendor communication, invoice coordination, and contract tracking

  • Serve as point of contact for outside vendors, visitors, and partners

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to support operational efficiency

  • Help create scalable systems to align cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward

  • Champion a culture of organization, collaboration, and follow-through

What You’ll Bring

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state

  • 2+ years of administrative experience — preferably supporting operations, projects, or construction

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

  • A team-first attitude, strong follow-through, and a proactive mindset

  • Customer-service orientation and comfort working with vendors, executives, and cross-functional teams

  • Experience supporting construction, expansion, or facilities projects (preferred, not required)

Why You’ll Love Mint Cannabis

  • A workplace culture that’s supportive, energetic, and mission-driven

  • The opportunity to help shape and streamline high-impact projects

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid time off and company discounts

  • Opportunities for long-term growth and development

  • A chance to be part of a team that’s redefining the cannabis experience — one buildout at a time 🌱

A Few Things You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Additional training or education in business, project coordination, or construction management a plus

  • Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods

  • Occasionally required to walk, stand, bend, or lift up to 25 pounds

  • Must have strong visual acuity for tracking documents, spreadsheets, and timelines
