Job Summary

The Pre-Roll Technician is responsible for processing, manicuring, and packaging plant material and infused products with precision and care. This role requires maintaining accuracy in weighing, labeling, and inventory management while adhering to state regulations and company standards. A clean, organized, and sterile workspace is essential to ensure the quality and compliance of our medical cannabis products.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, along with the ability to thrive in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and package infused and plant-based materials into compliant containers with accurate labeling.
• Maintain precise counts and reconciliation of packaged products and remaining inventory using state track-and-trace software.
• Break down batches and extracted oils into designated weights for packaging.
• Maintain an organized and sanitized workspace throughout the day, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Adapt to changes in processes, policies, and techniques as directed by management.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, listening attentively to supervisors and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Demonstrate efficiency and focus when completing repetitive tasks over extended periods.
• Perform inventory management and end-of-day reconciliations with accuracy and care.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the lab team and production goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•  Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (3+ hours).
• Has a strong record of reliable attendance. A flexible schedule, including daytime, night, and weekend availability, to meet the needs of the business.

•  Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• Valid Arizona Identification
