Mint Cannabis originated in Arizona in 2016, and since then, it has quickly expanded into several different markets. We currently have 32 retail locations and 5 cultivation/production facilities in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Michigan. The company continues to expand its footprint and is seeking passionate individuals who are interested in growing with the organization through those expansions. We believe in taking care of our team, so they can take care of our consumers and patients.
Job Summary:
This office administrator will help support our C-suite office, helping ensure projects are moving forward, and that organizational systems is being built to ensure the team is meeting deadlines and pulling together resources.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Office Operations: Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Vendor Relations: Managing contracts, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Budget Management: Managing the office budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Communication: Maintaining clear and effective internal communication, ensuring team alignment, and addressing employee concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and addressing office-related issues.
- Data Management: Managing office databases and information systems.
- Project Management: Overseeing and coordinating various office projects and tasks.
- Interacting with Visitors and Clients: Serving as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Maintaining a Positive Office Culture: Fostering a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee well-being
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Organizational Skills: This includes time management, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a well-organized office environment.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, including strong listening skills, is essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and basic computer skills are necessary for data entry, document creation, and email management.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively is crucial for maintaining smooth office operations.
- Time Management: Office administrators need to be able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while juggling multiple responsibilities.

- Customer Service Skills: Office administrators often interact with customers and visitors, so strong customer service skills are essential.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting: Prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer are common.
- Standing/Walking: Some roles may require occasional standing or walking, especially if coordinating tasks or supervising staff.
- Lifting: The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds may be needed, depending on the specific office and its needs.
- Reaching, Bending, Stooping: These movements may be required when accessing files, supplies, or other materials.
- Visual Acuity: Reading documents, reports, and computer screens requires good vision.
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 non-exempt
