Full Job Description

Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative/Administrator. The Patient Service Representative educates patients and provides information about medical cannabis and its uses while providing fantastic customer service. At times, a patient service representative will be asked to cross-train and assist in other departments, such as administration and packaging. We want to maintain a fun, welcoming, professional environment for patients and coworkers.

  • Your Daily Duties:
    • Check-in, verify the status, and report patient allotment on POS system.
    • Provides patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses.
    • Assists patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Processes patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.
    • Operate, maintain, and close cash till and deposit the end of daily earnings.
    • Assists management staff with daily operational needs. (This includes assisting in other departments when needed)
    • Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.
  • Attributes:
    • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Dependable and punctual.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Knowledge of the uses of medicinal cannabis and different methods of medicating.
    • Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the Arizona market.
    • General knowledge of cannabis product regulations, including dispensing procedures and patient transaction limits.
    • Demonstrate the ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems while assisting patients.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


 


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Customer service: 1 year 
    • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Cash Handling Experience

Must-Have:

  • Flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekend availability to meet the needs of the business.
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Valid Michigan driver's license/ Identification
 

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Week Days
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Salary:  DOE
