Location: Warren, MI 48089
Pay Range: $17.00 hr

Job Description:

We’re looking for an Inventory Catalog Data Manager ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and detail-oriented with deep roots in the cannabis industry to oversee our master product catalog. You won’t just be entering data; you will be the architect of our digital storefront. You will ensure every product is compliant, visually appealing, and accurately synced between Metrc and Dutchie. What You’ll Do

 
  • Build and launch new products in the Master Catalog with 100% accuracy in naming conventions, categories, and weights.
  • Source or create high-quality product imagery and descriptions to ensure a premium customer shopping experience.
  • Manage the flow of data between Metrc and Dutchie POS to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Perform regular audits to remove duplicate profiles, update assets for new branding, and update pricing or potency data.
  • Ensure all product listings meet state-specific labeling and advertising regulations.

What You’ll Bring

 
  • Minimum 2 years in the cannabis industry. You must speak the language of "strains, terpenes, and compliance."
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Dutchie POS and Metrc. 
  • High level of comfort with Google Sheets for bulk data management.
  • An obsession with "clean" data—consistent capitalization, correct spelling, and high-res assets.
